Every 10 vials ship seated in a clear plastic clamshell. The clamshell lid carries the compound name, strength, lot number, MFG date and the research-use statement; the vials themselves are unlabelled. Choose custom labelling to add your own artwork to each vial — the clamshell stays labelled as standard.

Lead time is confirmed on your quote rather than published as a blanket figure, because it moves with the compound, the quantity and how fast artwork comes back. Ask for it before you commit and you will get a date for your order, not an average.

What is the minimum order for private label peptides?
Custom labelling runs at 100 vials per SKU, charged at $1.00 per vial on top of the tier price for that quantity. The minimum is per SKU rather than per order, so a four-compound line is 400 vials in total. Unlabelled and generic-labelled vials carry no surcharge and no separate minimum beyond the standard order minimum.
How much does private labelling cost?
$1.00 per vial, charged per vial rather than as a one-time setup fee. There is no artwork fee and no plate charge. A white-labelled certificate of analysis is $100.00 per production lot and is optional — the standard certificate is included free on every lot either way.
Can the certificate of analysis carry our brand?
Yes, for $100.00 per lot. The header brand changes and nothing else does: the originating laboratory name, the lot number and the provenance line are reproduced unaltered, and the lot remains verifiable in our CoA lookup by verified account holders and anyone holding a shipped invoice's QR code. We will not produce a certificate that hides where the analysis came from, and every white-labelled document we generate is logged.
Whose name is on the analysis?
The laboratory that performed it. White-labelling changes the header brand on the document, not the attribution of the work. A buyer who checks the lot number in our CoA lookup sees the same values, the same lab and the same lot, which is the point — a certificate that could not be independently checked would be worth nothing to your own customers.

What artwork do you need?
A 38 × 19 mm label with 3 mm bleed each side at 300 DPI or better (520 × 295 px at bleed), as PNG, JPEG or SVG, text no smaller than 5 pt, with the right-hand 8 mm left clear for the lot number, MFG date and research-use statement that Certamer prints on every vial. What stays on the vial label?
Your artwork, plus the lot number and the research-use statement. Those two are not removable on any label configuration. The lot number is what binds a physical vial to its certificate, and dropping it would break the documentation chain for your customer as well as for us.
What are the lead times for a custom-labelled order?
Lead time depends on the compound, the quantity and the artwork round-trip, and is confirmed in writing on your quote rather than published as a blanket figure. Ask for it before you commit — we would rather give you a date for your specific order than a number that does not hold.
Do you sell private label peptides to individuals?
No. Certamer supplies verified businesses only, and the private-label program is for resellers, formulators and laboratories operating under their own brand. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
