Lot allocation
Outbound shipments draw from specific released lots, earliest-expiry-first, on the same append-only ledger as a direct order. Balances are sums of ledger entries, never a counter somebody can edit.
Service
Hold your inventory with us and ship to your customers under your own branding. The reason to run it here rather than at a general warehouse is narrow and specific: the lot ledger does not have to be handed off. Every outbound shipment is allocated against a real released lot, so the traceability that protects you does not stop at the point the pallet leaves.

A lot with no certificate on file cannot ship — on your instruction or ours. It is one code path, enforced in the data layer, with no override for anyone.
Your customer checks the lot number in our CoA lookup — through the QR code on the invoice, or with an account of their own — without asking you for anything. That works whether the certificate they hold carries our brand or yours.
Storage and per-shipment rates depend on volume, format mix, how much inventory you hold at once and how often you ship. A published rate card for a service shaped that way is either wrong for most accounts or hedged until it says nothing, so we quote against your real volumes instead. The same applies to lead times and cut-off times: you get them in writing on your quote, not as an average on a marketing page.
Fulfillment is offered to existing wholesale accounts. If you are not approved yet, start there — the standard order minimum is 10 vials, mix-and-match across the catalog, and pricing is published in full before you apply.
Yes. We hold your inventory in our lot-tracked system and ship to your customers under your branding, on your instruction. It is offered to existing wholesale accounts as an extension of supply rather than as a standalone warehousing product.
Storage and per-shipment rates are quoted per engagement, because they depend on volume, format mix, how much inventory you hold at once and how often you ship. We do not publish a rate card we would have to caveat into meaninglessness. Ask for a quote against your actual volumes.
Yes, and this is the reason to run fulfillment where the lots already live. Every outbound shipment is allocated against a specific released lot on the same append-only ledger as a direct order, so any vial you shipped can be traced back to its production lot and its certificate of analysis. Your customer can verify that lot number in our CoA lookup through the QR code on the invoice, or with an account of their own.
Yes. Vials can carry your label under the private-label program, and the certificate can be white-labelled at $100.00 per lot with the originating laboratory, lot number and provenance preserved.
No. We supply verified businesses, and that does not change because the shipping label has your name on it. Fulfillment goes to your business customers, for laboratory research use only — routing consumer orders through a wholesale account is not something we will do.
It does not ship, on your instruction or anyone else’s. The gate that stops an unreleased lot leaving on a direct order is the same code path that stops it leaving on a fulfillment shipment. There is no override.
FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE. SOLD EXCLUSIVELY TO VERIFIED BUSINESSES.
