Who can order from Certamer?
Verified businesses only: peptide brands, clinics, research laboratories, and formulators. We do not open individual accounts.
Every applicant is checked before an account is activated, and accounts that fail verification are declined rather than downgraded.
What do I need to apply?
A business email on your company domain and your company website. An EIN is optional but speeds review.
The form takes about 4 minutes. Applications are decided within one business day.
How do I verify a certificate of analysis?
Enter the lot number at the public CoA lookup. No account and no login are required — anyone holding a vial or a document can check it.
The lookup record is canonical: it is the source of truth for a lot’s analytical values. If a document disagrees with the lookup, the lookup governs.
What is on a Certamer CoA?
Identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, endotoxin by LAL assay, appearance by visual inspection, and net content — reported for the specific production lot, never inherited from a product line or a previous batch.

How does quantity-tier pricing work?
Five quantity tiers per SKU, from 10 vials up to 1,000+ vials. The tier applied is determined by the quantity ordered for that SKU.
A 25-vial order minimum applies across the order. Prices are visible once your business is verified.
How does the white-label program work?
Minimum 100 units per SKU plus a one-time setup fee per SKU. Your brand goes on the vials and cartons; the lots and the third-party analysis behind them are the same.
Verified white-label partners get access to the CoA generator, which produces client-branded certificates from the original lot record. Branding changes the header — it never alters the analytical data, and a Certamer provenance line persists on every generated document.
How do I pay?
ACH or wire against an invoice. Nothing is charged at checkout.
Your order and its lot allocation are held for 5 business days while payment clears. Card payments are coming soon. Net terms are available to qualified accounts on request.
Do you sell to individuals?
No — every time.
That answer is the point of the gate. Suppliers that sell to anyone attract the scrutiny that shuts suppliers down, and their customers lose a supply chain overnight. Restricting sales to verified businesses is what keeps this one predictable for the brands, clinics, and labs that depend on it.
